Our Raw Wildflower Honeycomb is light golden, fresh, and naturally sweet, with subtle floral notes drawn from the wildflowers of the Niagara Escarpment. Delicate, textured, and deeply satisfying, it is one of the purest ways to experience Rosewood honey.

Honeycomb is one of the most seasonal and limited honey products we offer. It can only be harvested when the bees have built and filled comb suitable for cutting, making each release small, special, and closely tied to the rhythm of the season. Quantities are limited, and we typically sell through our honeycomb typically each fall after release.

Much like wine, honeycomb will vary from year to year and from bee yard to bee yard, reflecting the flowers, weather, season, and place from which it came. Natural variation in aroma, taste, colour, and texture is part of what makes each release unique.

Enjoy it exactly as it is, or serve it with cheese, charcuterie, fresh fruit, warm bread, yogurt, or dessert. It makes a stunning addition to a cheese board and a thoughtful gift for honey lovers.

Do not refrigerate honeycomb. Store in a cool, dark, dry place such as a pantry or kitchen cabinet.
