Our Raw Wildflower Honeycomb is light golden, fresh, and naturally sweet, with subtle floral notes drawn from the wildflowers of the Niagara Escarpment. Delicate, textured, and deeply satisfying, it is one of the purest ways to experience Rosewood honey.

Seasonal and available only in limited quantities, honeycomb can only be harvested when the bees have built and filled comb suitable for cutting. Each release is small, special, and closely tied to the rhythm of the season.
