Signature Flight
Elevate your wine tasting experience with our Signature Flight, presenting a premium selection of 4 pre-selected wines, thoughtfully curated to showcase a balanced mix of whites and reds. Please note that meads are not featured in this flight. Cheese & Mead Flight
Indulge in our Cheese & Mead experience, a delectable tasting journey showcasing handcrafted cheese bites. Each bite is thoughtfully paired with our award-winning meads, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors. Delight in four unique cheese creations, each perfectly matched to a pre-selected mead, showcasing the artistry of both cheesemaking and mead brewing.
Food + Wine Experience
Indulge in our culinary side with our Chef's unique symphony of flavors showcasing locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and expertly paired wines, thoughtfully curated for your enjoyment. Each guest will savor three preselected 3oz glasses of wine, perfectly complementing a selection of shared plates. Prepare for culinary surprises and unique features from our talented Kitchen team.
Winery & Cellar Tour
Our Winery Tour and Estate tour is lead by our Estate Sommelier and introduces guests to Rosewood’s unique family and beekeeping history, winemaking philosophy, and vineyard practices, while walking between our vineyard and production facility. This tour includes a walk through our tank cellar and barrel cave, ending with a seated tasting of four selected wines and meads. Tour is available Thursday through Sunday at 11:00am by reservation only.
Bee Experience
Led by one of our expert beekeepers, you’ll delve into the rich history of beekeeping at Rosewood and learn about our delicate art of honey production. Suited up in protective gear, you’ll venture into a live beehive, witnessing the intricate workings of a hive firsthand, while learning about its vital role in our ecosystem. With a bit of luck, you might even catch a glimpse of one of our Queen Bees. This tour runs from May through September.
