REFUND AND FAULTED PRODUCT POLICY

If there are any consumer concerns with one of our products, contact must be established directly with Rosewood before any return, refund or exchange of a product can be completed.

We require proof of purchase and to be contacted as soon as any “corked” or “gone bad” wine, mead or honey products have been opened. The faulted product must be returned in full at the winery within 30-days of opening. A refund or store credit can be supplied or a replacement product will be provided of similar or equal value. We will exchange the faulted bottled with the same vintage (if we are currently still selling it), if the same product is not available we will replace it with the current vintage available.
