HIVE WINE CLUB

Our focus is simple. Craft honest low intervention wine, innovative mead and local honey that reflect their individuality as artifacts of the Niagara Region. By capturing the expression of each vintage, we allow the wines to tell their own story. We welcome you to discover Rosewood more intimately with The Hive Wine Club.

Three bottle shipments will include a careful curation of Rosewood products including wine, mead, and everything inbetween.

Six bottle shipments will include double the assortment of the three bottle tier; one to enjoy now and one to save for a special occasion!

HIVE CLUB MEMBER BENEFITS

• All quarterly Hive Club packages will include complimentary shipping within Ontario.
• Hive Club members located outside of Ontario; 3 bottle shipments will be charged a $20 additional flat rate shipping for Quarterly Hive Club shipments.
• Residents of Ontario will receive complimentary shipping on orders placed outside of the quarterly scheduled shipments.*
• Members will receive first access to pre-releases, limited releases and Library releases at the organizations accord.
• Complimentary tastings for members, and up to three guests, once per every quarter.

• Complimentary tours, with up to three guests, twice annually. Reservations are required and subject to availability.
• Exclusive access to table reservations on the Rosewood Vineyard Patio.**
• Invitations to member-only events and educational experiences throughout the year.
• A 15% discount on non-wine related merchandise and products.
• Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine within the month of your birthday.
• Access to the Club Coordinator who will answer any questions and help book your private tours, tastings, and experiences.

HIVE CLUB POLICIES AND
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENTS

• A minimum commitment period of three quarters. No monthly fees.
• Membership and membership benefits are non-transferable.
• All members must be of legal drinking age (19+).
• Shipments are scheduled quarterly within the year; February, May, August, and November.
• Payment will be automatically charged on the 15th day of February, May, August, and November.
• No substitutions will be made to the quarterly selection of wines. However, additional wine purchases can be added to your shipment with sufficient notice.
• All quarterly Hive Club packages will include complimentary shipping within Ontario.
• Hive Club members located outside of Ontario; 3 bottle shipments will incur a $20 additional flat rate shipping.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is up to date. Any shipping charges incurred due to un-deliverables (returns, reroute, etc.) will be at the member’s expense.
• Residents of Ontario will receive complimentary shipping on orders placed in between scheduled club shipments with a minimum of four bottles.
• Members residing outside of Ontario will be charged a flat rate for shipping on orders placed between scheduled club shipments. The rate will vary depending on the member’s province of residence.
• Payment for quarterly packages will be automatically charged prior to delivery or pick up, via the credit card provided.

• Members are responsible for ensuring payment information is up to date. If payment fails to process, Hive Club packages will be held for a maximum of 14 days, before suspending the members account.
• It is the responsibility of the member to contact taste@rosewoodwine.com to reactivate their account prior to the next shipment.
• We are currently unable to ship outside of Canada.
• Members may cancel their Hive Club membership by sending an email to taste@rosewoodwine.com.
• All cancellation requests must be received by email at least 30 days prior to the next Hive Club shipment. If your cancellation notification is received after the wine club shipment has been processed and sent out, your cancellation request will be applied to the following shipment.
• Rosewood Estates will not be responsible for delays in delivery if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the organization's control.
• Prices include bottle deposits and taxes.
• All terms, conditions, benefits, and savings are subject to change without notice.
