Our Hot Honey is made with Rosewood honey and lacto-fermented chilies for a real kick of heat, balanced by the natural sweetness and depth of our honey. Small-batch made, it is bold, savoury, spicy, and built for food.

Drizzle it over pizza, fried chicken, wings, grilled pork chops, glazed salmon, roasted vegetables, fried-egg sandwiches, open-faced sandwiches, or anything that could use a little sweet heat.

Our honey will crystallize naturally over time. To re-liquify, place the jar in a pot of water on low heat and wait until it returns to a liquid state. Do not microwave the jar. If you are in a hurry, remove a small amount of the crystallized honey and warm in a low power setting in a microwave safe container.
