Made with Rosewood honey and lacto-fermented chilies, our 150g Hot Honey is bold, spicy, savoury, and small-batch made. It has a real kick, balanced by the natural sweetness and depth of our honey.

Drizzle it over pizza, fried chicken, wings, cheese, fried-egg sandwiches, grilled pork chops, glazed salmon, roasted vegetables, or anything that could use a little sweet heat.

Our honey will crystallize naturally over time. To re-liquify, place the jar in a pot of water on low heat and wait until it returns to a liquid state. Do not microwave the jar. If you are in a hurry, remove a small amount of the crystallized honey and warm in a low power setting in a microwave safe container.

Much like wine, honey will vary in aroma, taste and colour from year-to-year reflecting characteristics of both the season and region.
