2023 Spiced Mead

    A semi-sweet, traditional mead fermented of our Niagara Escarpment Wildflower Honey which is then steepd with a selection of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove, and matured for 6 months prior to bottling. 

    This unique mead makes a perfect fireside sipper, to accompany your favourite fall treat or post Turkey dessert.

    Hot Tip: try making "mulled mead". Warm Spiced Mead with a cinnamon stick, add an orange twist and serve. You can spice things up further by mixing in your preferred gin or rum.
