100% Gamay Noir. Notorious for its lighter and playful style, Gamay has quickly become a cellar favourite for its elegance and beauty. Night Moves is a tribute to the very first vintage of our Gamay where-in we spent two weeks worth of nights, making moves, to sort that inaugural vintage. 

Light in colour, highly aromatic, a juicy and red-fruit driven palate, balanced with well structured acidity and soft tannings. Night Moves is a drinker. 

Whole cluster fermented in French oak vats. 30 days total skin contact before moving the free-run wine into neutral French oak barriques for 15 months. 

Fermented using non-selected, wild, yeast.

Bottled without fining or filtration. This wine is vegan friendly and bone dry.

We recommend serving at cellar temperature (14-16C). 

Drinking well now or cellar for up to 10 years.
