The 2023 Night Moves is crafted from 100% Gamay Noir. The fruit was hand harvested, hand sorted and destemmed before fermentation. Fermentation took place in a combination of french oak and stainless steel tanks. Aged for 20 months in neutral French oak barriques. 

True to form, this fan favourite is light-bodied, fruit-forward, and bone dry with subtle tannins that play perfectly against its lively acid backbone.
