Why Neptune? With a distinct sea salty and saline character on the palate, we aptly named this single block old vine Riesling after the Roman god of the sea. 

The 2021 Neptune was harvest from our home estate, Renaceau Vineyard. The grapes were gently pressed as whole cluster and settled in stainless steel before being transferred to neutral French oak for fermentation using non-selected (wild) yeast. The wine spent 218months of maturation in 500L neutral French oak before bottling without fining or filtration.  

Safely cellar this wine for up to 30 years.
