Why Neptune? With a distinct sea salty and saline character on the palate, we aptly named this single block old vine Riesling after the Roman god of the sea. 

Neptune is crafted entirely from 100% estate-grown Riesling. The fruit is hand-harvested, carefully sorted, and whole-cluster pressed. The juice is cold settled, then racked and fermented with native wild yeasts in neutral 500L French oak puncheons. The wine then matures on lees for 18 months, undergoing full natural malolactic fermentation.

Unfined and unfiltered. 

Safely cellar this wine for up to 30 years.
