Sauvignon Blanc

2021 Sauvignon Blanc was gently pressed as whole clusters, and was left to settle naturally in stainless steel tank. After clarification, it was moved to neutral French oak puncheons for fermentation and 18 months of aging. Bottled on without fining or filtration on it’s natural lees. Vegan Friendly
