The 2022 Chardonnay exemplifies the harmony of traditional and modern winemaking techniques, resulting in a truly distinctive expression. Sourced from our two estate vineyards, the fruit was hand-picked, carefully sorted, and whole-cluster pressed to preserve purity and character. 

Fermentation in stainless steel maintained the wine’s vibrant freshness, while maturation in two 2,000L French foudres imparted depth and structure. Bright, layered and anything but basic. Shows notes of golden delicious apples, dried pineapple and a zest of lemon.
