The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is the most exclusive single-varietal wine produced at Rosewood. Crafted solely from our estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, it is made only in the finest vintages. After a minimum of one year of aging, our winemaker carefully evaluates the wine to determine if it possesses the exceptional quality required to mature further and proudly bear the single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon designation. 

This wine offers concentrated aromas and flavours of wild berries and ripe dark fruit, complemented by refined tannins and a layered mouthfeel. Elegant and balanced, it is enjoyable now yet has the structure and depth to age gracefully for over a decade.
