72% Cabernet Franc, 17% Petit Verdot, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon 

All 3 of these components were fermented and aged separately, it was only after meticulous blending sessions was this blend created. The wine was aged for almost 2 years in neutral French barrels before being racked, blended and bottled

Bottled without fining or filtration. Vegan friendly and bone-dry.
