100% Pinot Noir. 

Low Fidelity is light-bodied and dry - delivering racing notes of tart cherry, raspberry and crunchy currant, with a soft touch of white pepper and earth that takes it to another level.

2022 was a notably low-yield year, with only 1.5 tonnes harvested. The fruit was hand-harvested, carefully sorted, and de-stemmed into three 1-tonne bins for fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine was racked and aged in two neutral French oak barriques, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Vegan friendly and bone-dry.
