The 2022 Night Moves is crafted from 100% Gamay Noir, sourced from our estate alongside two nearby farms. Each lot was naturally fermented on its own, then gently pressed and blended post-fermentation to age as a single wine. It spent 20 months in neutral French barriques before being bottled, unfined and unfiltered.

True to form, this fan favourite is light-bodied, fruit-forward, and bone dry with subtle tannins that play perfectly against its lively acid backbone.
