2023 Flora

Hello Flora! 

Cabernet Franc (38%), and Gamay (27%), Pinot Noir (12%), Cabernet Sauvignon (12%), and Syrah (11%).

Both direct press and saignée (bleeding) methods were employed to
produce this rosé. Utilising both of these processes provides
the wine with abundant extraction leading to nuanced aromas
and colour, expressive fruit character and a textured balanced

Filtered, but no fining.
Vegan friendly.
