Our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc marks Rosewood’s first venture into a nouveau-style Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel, a portion of the wine was aged in a neutral French puncheon while the remainder stayed in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant character. The bright, acidity of the 2025 vintage shines through, bringing freshness and energy to the wine. 

Bottled on without fining.
