Inspired by the classic Manhattan cocktail.

We fermented honey on fresh fermented and pressed Pinot Noir skins, steeped the mead on Niagara cherries for 3 months, then fortified and aged it in newly emptied Bourbon barrels for 4 years. Bottled without fining or filtration. Zero sulphur added. 

Enjoy with a twist of citrus and an ice cube or served neat with a slight chill. 

Alcohol: 19.5%
