    Inspired by the classic Manhattan cocktail.

    We fermented honey on fresh fermented and pressed Pinot Noir skins, steeped the mead on Niagara cherries for 3 months, then fortified and aged it in newly emptied Bourbon barrels for 4 years. Bottled without fining or filtration. Zero sulphur added. 

    Enjoy up to 2 months after opening with proper storage (avoiding sunlight and high temperatures, keep cool). Serve with a twist of citrus and an ice cube or served neat with a slight chill. Can cellar up to 20 years if desired.
