    A note worthy vintage and ideal cellar candidate. 2020 was an incredible growing vintage, dry and moderated temperature throughout, there will be few vintages like this in our generation. This impressive Pinot will continue to gracefully evolve over the next 15 years in bottle. We are excited for this journey.

    Showing deep red cherry, strawberry, and baking spice with a smooth, layered texture from extended aging. Medium-plus in body with round tannins and a refined, peppery finish, its’ both expressive and composed. Whole cluster, wild fermented.

    Pair with: duck breast with cherry reduction, roast pork loin, mushroom risotto, herb-roasted chicken, or seared salmon. 

    Sustainably grown and vegan friendly.

    • 100% Pinot Noir
    • Fermented using non-selected indigenous yeast
    • Matured for 18 months in both new and neutral French oak barrels
    • Bottled without fining (vegan friendly) or filtration
