Classic cool-climate Pinot Noir shines in the elegant 2023 vintage of Low Fidelity. Light-bodied and bone dry, it opens with a silky texture and vibrant acidity. Concentrated red fruit notes of juicy cherry, red delicious apple, and hints of raspberry and blueberry pie filling carry through the palate. Layers of graphite and mushroom add depth, while refined, elegant tannins create long, graceful lines. Fermented for 20 months in neutral French oak barriques. Unfined and unfiltered. Vegan friendly.
