We are excited to re-introduce one of our oldest wine styles in our 2021 Chardonnay. Sourced from both of our Estate vineyards, we combine our oldest and youngest vines to complete this blend. Once combined post harvest and pressing, the juice was transferred to one single 2,000L French oak foudres (horizontal tanks). Here it remained for 18 months on wood and lees to develop its unique and complex expression. Brioche, martizpan, dried pineapple dance on the palate supported by a velvety texture. Drinking well now, but starting to single in bottle. Can hold for up to 15 years. 

• Estate grown, 100% Chardonnay.
