We are excited to re-introduce a 100% Chardonnay bottling with the 2021 Chardonnay.

Sourced from both of our Estate vineyards, we combine our oldest and youngest vines to complete this blend. Once combined, the juice was transferred to one single 2,000L French oak foudres (horizontal tanks). Here it remained for 18 months in wood and on lees to develop its unique and complex expression. 

Brioche, martizpan, dried pineapple dance on the palate supported by a velvety texture. Drinking well now, but starting to single in bottle. Can hold for up to 15 years. 

• Estate grown, 100% Chardonnay.
• Fermented and matured for 18 months in 2,000L French oak foudres.
