A unique and variety for Niagara, we are honoured to work with it.

This could possibly be the only single varietal Savagnin made in a "fresh" style released from our cellar. 

Savagnin displays a unique and intriguing mix of both green vegetal characters wrapped in a herbs and stone fruit. Its unlike any other whites we have made to date. 

Bottled without fining or filtration. (vegan friendly)

• Fermented using non-selected, wild, yeast in one neutral French oak foudres (2,000L barrel).
• Aged 18 months in this single foudre, 2 months stainless steel.
• Bottled without fining or filtration. Vegan friendly.
