The 2022 Renaceau Chardonnay is a small-batch wine crafted exclusively from grapes grown in our Estate Vineyard. It was whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Following fermentation, the wine was transferred and aged for 28 months in two French oak puncheons—one made of new oak and the other of new acacia wood.
The interplay between oak and acacia layers complexity onto the vintage’s vibrant stone fruit character and fresh acidity, creating remarkable depth and tension. Refined yet expressive, this wine is a true Chardonnay lover’s dream. Limited to just 80 cases.
