  • Whole berry fermented, 85% neutral French oak puncheons and 15% clay amphora.

  • Full malolactic fermentation.
  • Matured 6 months in the oak and clay vessels, 2 months stainless steel.
  • Bottled without fining or filtration.
  • Vegan friendly and bone dry.

10 Golden Corks have been placed at random again in the 2022 Pure Imagination batch. Each Golden Cork is an invite to a soon to be hosted private dinner at Rosewood on August 19, 2023. Watch out for these when opening each bottle. Please note, the corks are not golden in colour or solid gold (maybe one day). Golden Corks have been branded with "GOLDEN CORK" on the side wall of each cork.
